As a certified counselor, I offer a full range of counseling services for individuals, couples, and families. I am here to listen, support, and guide you, whether it be through an online video session or an in-person session (for clients located in Buffalo, NY or in the DMV (DC, Maryland, & Virginia).

Insurance Policy & Payment Methods
We don’t accept insurance but are happy to work with you towards completing paperwork to submit for reimbursement of services received. We typically provide monthly receipts for sessions incurred. The receipt will include all required information your insurance company requests. Most individuals and families are able to obtain partial reimbursement for sessions. Since all insurance plans are different, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to inquire about your reimbursement rate and process.
We accept cash, check, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. via Paypal.
